How do I know I have a serious customer?


The customer pays a posting fee. The customer is paying for a seller or dealership to produce the vehicle they are looking for.




How do I register?


Just fill out the form at https://www.vehiclewanted.com/dealer/registration/




What information will I have to produce if I have the requested vehicle?


You will be asked for the Year, Make, Model, mileage, trim level, options, color, condition, price, a picture, and any other pertinent information.




How quickly will the customer information released to me?


Once VehicleWanted verifies the vehicle we will forward the information to the customer. Once they approve the vehicle you will be forwarded their contact information.




What happens if my vehicle doesn't match the request?


VehicleWanted will notify you that the vehicle doesn't match, and why.




What if the customer doesn't approve the vehicle that I have submitted?


If you submit a vehicle that the customer has requested we would expect an approval for the release of their contact information. If they do not approve, you will be notified and, of course, you will not be charged.



What happens if the customer doesn't respond at all?


If the customer doesn't respond within two working days they will be sent a request to respond. If they still do not response we will send them notification that their posting is no longer valid. We will notify you of this and you will not be charged.




When will I be charged for the customer's contact information?


You will be notified that the customer has approved the vehicle, and you will be charged as their contact information is forwarded to you.




What happens if I sell the vehicle before I receive the customer's contact information?


You can notify VehicleWanted that the vehicle is no longer available. We will notify the customer and you will not be charged.




What if I submit a similar vehicle but not an exact match?


Your vehicle will not be forwarded to the customer and you will be notified why.




Do I have to discount the price to the customer?


Vehicle Wanted asks that you as a seller or dealership quote it's best price and disclose any applicable fees. However, once you have established communication with the customer, the price and any fees are negotiable.
